The investment objective of the Fund is through the collective management of its portfolio to maximize capital appreciation through the application of a diversified investment strategy, which will aim to deliver positive returns through investments in listed and non-listed shares/securities of mature or developing companies, real estate properties and distressed assets. Additionally, the AIF may act as a venture capitalist, investing in Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs), either on their start-up or prior to their expansion.

The Fund does not have a particular target in relation to any industrial, geographic or other market sectors or specific classes of assets. Discretionary choices regarding particular investments are allowed, and the fund does not refer to any specific benchmark. Any income arising from the fund may be distributed or reinvested at the discretion of the directors of the Fund. The investment strategy is approved by the Board of Directors and any change should be approved by CySEC and then immediately communicated to its members by email or any other means the directors see fit.
